"Clean, bar not necessary, parking easy"

"The bedrooms need full secondary glass double glazing, not a sheet of plastic. The noise from the club across the street until 4am was unbearable. Literally couldn't sleep. Shame really because the room and the hotel were very nice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel."

"TV didn’t work and neither did the hot water. Supposedly the hotel was full and couldn’t be moved to a different room. Heard someone else at the counter from a different room with similar complaints."

"Parking was conveniently close to room. Only had one meal in dining room, buffet breakfast was excellent. Swimming pool was surprisingly not cold. Staff were friendly & helpful"

"Property was tatty and in need of modernisation and updating. Very old fashioned and badly worn furniture, horrible floor length tablecloth with large tear in it. No plugs to charge mobiles, laptops etc, only one plug with a lamp plugged in under the sideboard. Faces of tiles in bathroom broken and missing."
